Workshops and Classes 2018 - 2019

About Workshops and Tours

All workshops and/or tours are fitting for any skill level or camera equipment and most fitness levels.  While we do photograph all day long, there is little actual hiking involved. The 3-day destination workshops also include a break in the afternoon of the middle day. Beyond composition, most instruction is geared towards the use of a DSLR camera. Beginning in 2019 I am reducing the overall class sizes to be able to offer better individualized instruction. Idaho Scenic Images is insured and carries the permits required for its workshops.

Bundle up and bring your thermos of cocoa as we tour the winter landscape of the Palouse Region. We'll photograph old barns, rolling hills and maybe an old truck or two. This is more of a day tour than a workshop, but the instructor will be available to answer any of your photography questions and help you get the best out of your winter photos. Includes lunch in Pullman, WA. Attendees must purchase a Washington State Parks discovery pass available on location or in advance here. We will car pool to various locations in the area. Please consider volunteering to be a driver.

Tour limited to 7 students. (minimum of 4)
Payment in full is required to book your spot. Refunds, minus a $25.00 service fee are available until Jan 1st. No refunds after January 1st unless event is cancelled.

This event is weather dependent. If I deem the conditions are not right, I may cancel up to 2 days prior and refund all fees. If you make lodging reservations, please make sure they are cancel-able with no penalty.
